DMCA Policy

Castle respects the rights of intellectual property and we do try to remove any copyright including telephone overage as soon as possible. This policy explains our procedures for takedown requests and counter-notifications, as well as how to report certain types of claimed copyright infringement taking place on the Castle website (the "Services").

1) What Your Policy Covers

This policy applies to all content appearing on Castle pages, including text, photos and any other content that is directly hosted by us. Our services may also contain third-party platform links, references, or embedded functionality. As Castle is only able to remove content that we control you will also need to contact the 3rd party provider if your complaint relates to content hosted at Castle. Still, we will take a look at the data on our pages and, if you can spare them, do what is necessary.

2) The process of submitting a takedown notice

If you believe that any content above is a violation of your copyright, please use the contact form on our website and notify Castle customer care at the following address with this information so that we can remove the allegedly infringing content: When notices are full, clear and unambiguous, we are in a better position to act:
Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or – if multiple works have been allegedly infringed — then a representative list of the works. If there are multiple pieces, you could provide a list of representative works.
Provide the exact URL or URLs on Castle where content is located.
Please describe what you would like to disable or remove and explain why you believe that we should do so, including but not limited to an explanation of how removal of the material will affect you and a representation that the information contained in the notification is accurate.
A statement that you believe in good faith that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy and Authority Statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Electronic signature (when submitting via our help channel, you may type your entire legal name).
Before acting, we could request clarification if important information is missing from your notice.

3) What takes place following a notification

Following receipt of a full notice, Castle may:
Eliminate or make the reported content inaccessible,
Ask for more information if something is unclear.
Retain internal statistics for dealing with recurring problems and preventing process abuse,
Where you can, please report more-recent instances of flagrant infringement.

4) Counter-notice (an appeal of a removal)

If you believe your content was mistakenly removed or disabled because of a misidentification of the material, you can request the return of access to your account by filing a counter notice in accordance with our official support channels. Please add:
Such removed content, and the corresponding URL(s),
A concise explanation of what was wrong with the take-down,
A genuine allegation that an error or misidentification played a role in the removal,
Your digital signature.
We will send a copy of your counter-notification to the original complainant.

5) Recurring problems and misuse

You could be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights. Castle may restrict access or take other action if this reporting routine is abused or subverted.
